In our sessions, I help clients explore the reasons behind their feelings. As a former teacher, I know one approach doesn't work for everyone. I use different methods, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to help your child succeed. After therapy, clients can manage their emotions better and reduce unhealthy behaviors. Your child will leave therapy feeling empowered and capable of handling daily challenges.
