Introduction

I believe healing begins with truth — and returns us to our truest self. My mission is to walk alongside individuals navigating transition, burnout, and identity fatigue, especially within high-pressure industries. Through grounded presence and integrative care, I help clients rediscover congruence — the quiet alignment between who they are and how they live. Therapy with me is a weaving of YOUR stories, evidence-based human behavioral science, and somatic cues. We’ll integrate traditional approaches like narrative, CBT, DBT, EFT with more embodied, intuitive methods — honoring the mind’s patterns, the stories we’ve held, the body’s wisdom, and your own inner knowing. Together, we build tools to hold complexity and move toward a more congruent, creative life I’m a somatic-certified, trauma-informed mental health professional. I love working with our stories of grief , trauma and identity.I bring together 20+ years of life + professional experience, training in clinical counseling and a toolbox from Harvard Medical school-certified wellness strategies, somatic work & SUDS.
