Introduction

Welcome! I offer affirming, nonjudgmental therapy for individuals. I work with clients who are mindful and self-reflective, wanting support connecting with their emotions and exploring new perspectives. My clients are ready to do the inner work to find their version of personal fulfillment and freedom. We will work to deepen self-awareness, process past experiences that may be affecting the present, build tools to navigate challenges, and move toward a more meaningful life. I specialize in working with individuals who have concerns related to trauma, anxiety, grief, racial/cultural identity, life transitions/stress, and self-esteem. I utilize neurodivergent affirming practice and a social/racial justice lens. We will integrate evidence-based therapies that best fit your needs such as EMDR, ACT, IFS, and TF-CBT. Therapy is a deeply personal experience; I prioritize creating a safe space for you that fosters your authenticity and expansion. I am honored to support you in reaching your goals!
