Introduction

As a wellness coordinator, my goal is to support you in your journey through healing, pushing through barriers to create room for accessibility, and easing the path to finding resources. Growing up in a rural community, I have learned what lack of resources entails, and what it means to do the work in finding that accessibility. I understand the difficulties faced and the frustration that could arise. I hope to aid against that. I am also able to help Spanish-speaking families and individuals through this. I believe everyone should have access to care and healing, and I look forward to help create steps towards that.
