My style of therapy is collaborative, casual, and direct. Much of what we'll do is have exploratory conversations to assist you in increasing insight of yourself. We'll work together to foster awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns to understand how these patterns affect you. With this awareness, we'll establish your personalized goals and work to meet these goals so you can create the change you want in your life. I utilize strategies from a variety of counseling theories to best meet each client's individual needs and am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I have experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, trauma, grief, BPD, and life transitions, amongst other concerns.
