Lana (she/her) is a Board Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arizona with more than fifteen years of experience in women's health, family support, and mental health settings since 2009. She specializes in working with 18+ adults, couples, and the LGBTQ+ community. Lana is an attachment-based, relationally focused, trauma-informed therapist who supports individuals and couples struggling with identity & self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and myriad relationship issues. Lana utilizes Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and attachment-based therapeutic approaches. Lana offers integration of new coping mechanisms, assertive communication, and healthy boundaries. Whether you are struggling with finding a partner, navigating a breakup or divorce, or in the thick of parenting, Lana would love to assist you with whole-person health and healing using attachment science, strengths-based self-awareness, and compassion.
