I've spent over twenty years supporting people through some of life's most challenging moments—particularly those navigating cancer, grief, and the emotional weight of medical complexity. My training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combined with person-centered, compassionate care helps me meet each person where they are. I work with individuals across the lifespan, from children and teenagers to adults and elders, and I'm also experienced in family and group settings. Whether you're managing anxiety or depression related to a medical diagnosis, adjusting to life-changing circumstances, or processing loss, I'm here to help you find solid ground. I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches—including Family Systems and Adlerian perspectives—tailoring my work to what resonates with you. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. I welcome the opportunity to support you.
