My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely safe to express yourself, but also truly challenged. I believe therapy is more than a place to vent. It's a place where you're actively growing, putting in real work, and moving toward the life and version of yourself you actually want. At the heart of my work is helping you learn to trust yourself. That means building confidence in your ability to sit with discomfort, understand your reactions, and make meaning of your life. I'm especially drawn to exploring root causes — not just managing anxiety or stress in the moment, but slowing down to understand what's feeding it beneath the surface. That's where real shifts happen. My background extends beyond the therapy room. I spent years working in women's health as a doula, patient educator, and advocate, and that work deeply shaped the empathy and care I bring to my clinical practice. Outside of sessions you'll find me cooking, going to live music, and exploring the city with my dog.
