I work with individuals and couples navigating meaningful life transitions. When relationships shift, loss occurs, or life unfolds differently than expected, we’re often invited to reflect on which patterns still serve us and which no longer do. You may notice fear and insecurity holding you back, or guilt and shame shaping how you relate to yourself and others. Therapy can be a place to gently examine these patterns and choose a new way forward. I offer a warm, encouraging space paired with thoughtful challenges to support you in staying engaged, looking deeper, and holding yourself with honesty and care. I meet you where you are, whether that means using diagrams and flow charts to understand your inner world or using your own creativity to help you express yourself. My hope is that you begin to settle into yourself and live a life you feel proud of. Together, we’ll explore the narratives that make it hard to trust yourself, cultivate compassion for the parts of you that seek safety (even when they limit you), and deepen your capacity for meaningful connection.
