Hi there! My name is LaRae. I am a licensed therapist providing telehealth for folks living in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. What can I say, I love the Midwest! I have worked as a therapist for almost 4 years, my experience being with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem and identity.
