I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate passionate about building resilience and supporting children, mothers, and families through life’s challenges. My approach integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care to help families strengthen relationships, build coping skills, and foster confidence. I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology from UMass Boston and a Master’s in Social Work from Walden University. My background as a preschool teacher, ABA tutor, and care coordinator deepened my understanding of child development and the power of early intervention. As a former doula, I remain committed to maternal mental health and perinatal wellness, believing that when mothers are supported, families thrive. Originally from Boston, I now call North Carolina home and bring values of connection, community, and cultural humility to my work. I am also the creator of Keys to Kids Emotional Intelligence, an online initiative that provides families with practical tools to nurture emotional growth. Outside of my clinical role, I enjoy crafting as a creative outlet for connection. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing space where children and mothers feel empowered to grow, heal, and create lasting change. “When we heal ourselves, we heal our ancestors and the generations to come.” – Unknown
