My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and supported as you explore what’s been weighing on you and what you want your life to look like moving forward. I work with adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and the impact of discrimination and stigma. I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ clients and individuals working through identity-based challenges. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and empowerment. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start — we can make sense of it together.
