I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment that encourages openness and engagement in the treatment process. Clients seek therapy for a variety of reasons, and I have clinical experience working with individuals presenting with concerns such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, stress-related difficulties, self-esteem issues, relational challenges, anger management concerns, communication deficits, maladaptive coping strategies, and behavioral concerns. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and evidence-informed, with an emphasis on fostering insight, strengthening coping skills, and supporting clients in achieving improved emotional functioning and overall psychological well-being. In addition to direct clinical services, I offer clinical supervision to support developing clinicians in strengthening clinical skills, ethical decision-making, and professional growth. Engaging in therapy or supervision is a significant step toward change, and I am committed to providing support throughout the course of treatment and professional development.
