I enjoy working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, ages, and cultures, with a special emphasis on supporting those who perform under pressure. I focus on treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and performance related concerns. My approach to counseling is client-centered, meaning I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. As a clinician, I am a passionate advocate for individuals seeking guidance, healing, and growth in their lives. I hold two Master’s degrees one in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and one in Kinesiology with a specialization in Sport Psychology as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. My therapeutic approach is grounded in EMDR, Cognitive Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, allowing me to address complex trauma while also supporting problem-solving and practical, strengths-based solutions. I am deeply committed to mental health awareness and community outreach and remain actively involved in providing education and resources within the community. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where clients feel empowered to explore their challenges and develop the tools and skills needed to move forward with confidence and resilience.
