I utilize a holistic approach in addition to evidenced-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and brief solution focused therapy to help you on your journey. Finding your peace, demanding your peace, and maintaining your peace are all important qualities to help maintain your mental health. I'm especially passionate about passionate about working with children and families by helping children find their voice, build emotional awareness, and develop the confidence to express themselves in healthy and meaningful ways and I have extensive experience supporting family reunification and strengthening relationships impacted by conflict, separation, or life transitions. I was drawn to the counseling field after recognizing a critical need in the community. I'm passionate about breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and creating a safe, welcoming space where individuals feel empowered to seek support without fear or judgement.
