Introduction

Hello, I’m Dr. LaTashia Raymond, Founder and Clinical Director of Effective Lifestyle Solutions (ELS). I specialize in trauma‑informed therapy and psychological assessment for adults coping with PTSD, C‑PTSD, military and deployment‑related trauma, sexual assault, racial trauma, chronic stress, and life transitions. As a licensed psychologist, military Veteran, and trauma‑focused clinician, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to the work we do together. My time in the military showed me how deeply trauma and stress impact Service Members, Veterans, and their families, and my roots in an underserved community shaped my commitment to providing culturally responsive, nonjudgmental care for adults from all backgrounds. I offer trauma therapy across the lifespan and comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments, including PTSD evaluations, ADHD and Autism testing, learning and cognitive assessments, and personality and diagnostic clarification. My approach is collaborative, warm, and tailored to your unique needs, never one‑size‑fits‑all. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, healing, and meaningful change aligned with your values and goals. If you're ready to feel supported and understood, I invite you to schedule a free consultation. You’re not alone, and your story matters.
