Introduction

Life is amazing yet difficult. We are always adapting to change, whether they want to or not. These adaptations can take a toll on us, which is why it's always important to check in on you, yeah, the inner you, and make sure that "you" are okay. That is why seeking a therapist is a top priority. I provide support for individuals, couples, families, and groups. I support all individuals and am an Ally for inclusivity regarding race, religion, ability, gender, sexuality, body type, and age. I also have experience working with Neurodivergent individuals, both verbal vocal and non-verbal vocal. I work with adults and adolescents. I believe in the idea of "any modality it takes". Everyone is different and it would be unwise to think that one speciality would work for all areas. I specialize in Clinical Sexology, Adlerian, Supportive, Client-Centered, REBT, CBT, ABA, and Solution-Based forms of therapy. I am also trained in EMDR. Before I became a psychotherapist, I believed in the many stigmas of therapy. As I grew, I began to see mental health illness in its many forms and I sought to fully understand therapy. Now, it is my goal to help erase that stigma. Help me start. Together we can help you be the best version of you and show the world that therapy is a basic human necessity.
