Introduction

Hi, I’m LaTonya Washington, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I know that life can sometimes feel heavier than you expected—especially when you’re juggling work, family, and your own well-being. Maybe you’ve been showing up for everyone else and feel like you’ve lost touch with yourself along the way. Or perhaps you’re dealing with health concerns, emotional exhaustion, or major changes that have left you feeling uncertain about what’s next. My goal is to create a calm and supportive space where you don’t have to carry it all alone. I help adults slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find practical ways to cope and heal. With compassion, cultural awareness, and a little humor when it fits, we’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and ready to move forward in your own time and in your own way.
