Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, whether you are seeking support for yourself or for your child. My goal is to offer a space where you feel understood, respected, and safe to show up exactly as you are. I am a military veteran with experience in pediatric behavioral health and in working with adults navigating stress, trauma, and life transitions. This background allows me to bring a grounded, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach to therapy. I am especially mindful of how life experiences, family systems, and larger societal factors shape emotional well-being. In sessions, I focus on helping clients develop emotional regulation, self-awareness, and practical coping tools for daily challenges. I work collaboratively, moving at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive. Therapy with me is not about being “fixed,” but about being heard, understood, and empowered to make sense of your experiences. For children and adolescents, I strive to create a calm, engaging environment where they can safely express themselves and build emotional skills in a developmentally appropriate way. I also value partnering with caregivers to support growth both inside and outside of sessions. Healing is a process, and you do not have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you or your child as you work toward greater balance, clarity, and emotional well-being.
