I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges, especially those who feel unheard or misunderstood. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship concerns, my goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel respected, accepted, and comfortable being yourself. Counseling is a place to unpack what you’ve been carrying. You don’t have to figure everything out alone. Together, we can explore challenges, recognize your strengths, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace. I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and value every person’s unique story. I am a counseling student intern at Helen’s Project, currently pursuing my master’s degree in Counseling at West Texas A&M University. I am supervised by Kayla Smith, PhD, LCSW. I chose counseling because I believe helping one person can create positive change that reaches families and future generations. Outside of my training, I enjoy playing with my dog. You deserve a space where your voice matters. Book a session through Helen’s Project.
