Introduction

I’m Dr. Latrice Vinson, owner and lead psychologist at Bell Wellness & Mental Health LLC. With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in supporting older adults, individuals approaching older adulthood, and caregivers through life transitions like retirement, new health diagnoses, changes in independence, and grief. My background includes working in long-term care, including nursing homes, assisted living, and memory care settings, as well as the Department of Veterans Affairs, where I led initiatives to improve care for aging populations. I use evidence-based therapies—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing—to help clients manage chronic conditions and improve overall well-being. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you build resilience and meaningful connections at any stage of life.
