Introduction

Hi, I’m Latricia Cunningham, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Internal Peace Pathways. I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to feel unheard, overwhelmed, and unsure of where to begin healing. I’m passionate about creating a space where my clients can safely explore their pain, reconnect with their inner strength, and start building a life they feel at peace in. Healing is your birthright. I hold space for clients to reclaim peace, power, and presence through culturally-rooted mental wellness. I help adult clients release what no longer serves them anymore. Break free from toxic relationship cycles, emotional chaos, and abandonment wounds. If you feel misunderstood, ‘too much,’ or stuck in intense push–pull relationships, I help you build stability, self-worth, and healthier patterns.” Therapy with me is about more than symptom relief, but it’s about reclaiming your story and restoring your connection to yourself.
