Hello and welcome. My name is Latrina Raddler, and I’m honored that you’re considering taking the next steps in your wellness journey with me. My passion for helping individuals and couples find peace, clarity, and direction began over a decade ago, rooted in both personal experience and professional calling. With a background in mental health counseling, addiction recovery, and relationship coaching, I’ve worked extensively with clients navigating complex life transitions, trauma, identity struggles, grief, and interpersonal challenges. I specialize in working with individuals and couples from marginalized communities, particularly Black and Brown clients, who seek culturally competent and affirming care. I draw from systems therapy, feminist theory, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and somatic approaches, always tailoring our work to fit your unique story and goals. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, relationship conflict, sobriety, or spiritual disconnection, I’m here to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can heal, grow, and rediscover your voice. My approach is deeply relational and grounded in compassion, insight, and a shared commitment to change. I believe therapy isn’t just about fixing problems—it’s about unlocking your power to live fully and authentically. Clients who work with me often say they feel deeply seen and respected. My goal is to help you: Break cycles that no longer serve you Build healthier relationships Heal from trauma and grief. Strengthen your emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being. Reconnect with your personal and cultural identity. In addition to therapy, I also lead virtual group experiences, offer premarital and couples coaching, and provide support for early sobriety and recovery. You deserve a space where your story matters. I invite you to take that courageous first step toward healing and transformation. Let's work together to create the life and relationships you desire—one filled with clarity, connection, and liberation. If you’d like to connect, please don't hesitate to reach out for a consultation. I’d be honored to walk with you.
