Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of clinical experience providing compassionate, effective mental health care. I currently operate a private therapy practice and am accepting new clients for both in-person and telehealth sessions, offering flexible options to meet the needs of individuals with busy schedules or those who prefer the convenience of virtual care. My practice focuses on helping individuals, couples, and groups navigate life’s challenges while building healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, and improved emotional well-being. Many clients seek therapy when they are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or relationship difficulties. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to work toward meaningful change. I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and tailor treatment to each client’s unique experiences and goals. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I believe that the most effective care comes from collaborative, personalized treatment that focuses on both insight and practical tools for daily life. For the past 10+ years, I have also worked closely with individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community, providing an affirming, inclusive, and respectful therapeutic environment where clients can explore identity, relationships, and personal growth without judgment. Whether you are experiencing a difficult life transition, struggling with emotional pain, or simply wanting to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can be a powerful step toward healing and growth. My goal is to help clients develop confidence, resilience, and the skills needed to create lasting change.
