I hold a Master’s degree in Education and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. While I am at the beginning of my counseling career, supporting children and families has been the foundation of my professional life for more than 13 years through my work in early childhood education. My background in education has deeply shaped the way I understand human development and the connection between learning, behavior, emotions, and relationships. Becoming a therapist has long been a meaningful goal for me, and I feel honored to now support clients in a more direct and personal way. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, emotional stress, relationship challenges, women’s issues, and the everyday difficulties that can leave people feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. I strive to create a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with child-centered play therapy techniques, allowing me to meet young clients where they are developmentally and emotionally. I believe growth happens at different paces for different people, and I value helping clients build insight, resilience, and practical tools in ways that feel approachable, empowering, and sustainable for both individuals and families. In addition to my professional experience, I am also a mother to four boys. Parenthood has strengthened my understanding of the joys, challenges, and complexities families experience in everyday life. It has deepened my patience, empathy, flexibility, and ability to connect with both children and parents in meaningful and practical ways. I understand that families are balancing many demands, and I strive to offer support that feels compassionate, realistic, and grounded in real-life experiences. Above all, I believe therapy should feel safe, compassionate, and authentic. My goal is to help clients feel seen, supported, and equipped to move through challenges with greater confidence, connection, and emotional well-being.
