Introduction

You might feel stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, frustrated with past therapy, unsure how to advocate for yourself, or wanting more than just surface-level coping. You may be looking for a space where you feel genuinely understood and can create meaningful, lasting change. I offer a collaborative, engaged approach to therapy. I won’t sit back silently or leave you guessing—we’ll actively work together to understand your patterns, build insight, and create real movement towards where you want to be. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning, we’ll shape the work around what you need. I believe healing happens within relationships. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported while also being gently challenged. Through this work, you can develop a more grounded, secure sense of self and build clarity and compassion for your inner world. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, alone, or caught in long-standing emotional and relational patterns. I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, mood challenges, neurodivergence, relationship/attachment concerns, chronic illness, and struggles related to body image or food. Whatever you’re navigating, we’ll work together to understand it and move toward meaningful, lasting change. Working across all levels of care in eating disorder treatment has given me extensive experience not only with eating disorders, but with a wide range of emotional and relational concerns. I now focus on working with clients who want to build a meaningful therapeutic relationship over time—using that connection as a foundation to deepen insight, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change. I’m warm, direct, and authentic. I’m not a “blank slate” therapist—you won’t be left wondering what I’m thinking. I offer feedback, insight, and active collaboration, while staying attuned to your pace and needs. I work fully virtually, and many clients are surprised by how connected and supported they feel. Even through a screen, our work remains deeply relational, engaged, and personal. I believe everyone deserves access to meaningful support. In addition to therapy, I offer coaching as an option for those who may not need or have access to clinical services but still want a space to explore patterns, gain insight, and move forward with intention. I work best with clients who are ready to look at patterns honestly, build more secure relationships, and engage in deeper, meaningful work—not just short-term fixes. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, engaged therapist—or are interested in coaching support—I’d love to connect and explore what feels like the right fit for you. ________________________________________ Modalities I Use Attachment-Based Therapy Focuses on how early relationships shape current patterns in relationships, self-worth, and emotional regulation, with the goal of building more secure and fulfilling connections. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) A structured approach that helps process and reduce the emotional impact of traumatic or distressing experiences so they feel less overwhelming in the present. Parts Work (IFS-Informed) Helps you understand and work with different “parts” of yourself (such as protective, critical, or wounded parts) to create more internal balance and self-compassion. Somatic Therapy Focuses on the connection between mind and body, helping you tune into physical sensations to process stress, trauma, and emotions more effectively. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Supports you in accepting difficult thoughts and feelings while taking meaningful action aligned with your values. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Builds skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Helps identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that impact mood and daily functioning. Health at Every Size (HAES) Perspective A weight-inclusive, non-diet approach that supports body respect, intuitive eating, and overall well-being without focusing on weight as a measure of health.
