My approach is client-centered and integrative, pulling from the modalities of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Somatic practices, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Gestalt practices to support your unique needs and goals on your mental wellness journey. My clinical experience includes work with chronic mental illness, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, relationships, crisis intervention, and life transitions across a number of settings such as inpatient psychiatry, outpatient partial hospitalization, crisis intervention, and individual outpatient therapy.
