I work with adults navigating what I often call “the 3 A’s”: ADHD, anxiety, and addictions (including alcohol, drugs, and food). These concerns frequently overlap and can create cycles of overwhelm, emotional reactivity, burnout, and difficulty following through—even for people who are highly capable and motivated. I also work with trauma, bipolar symptoms, and major life transitions. My approach is direct, compassionate, and solution-focused. I draw from CBT, executive-function coaching, and trauma-informed care to help clients reduce overwhelm, regulate emotions, improve follow-through, and change coping patterns that no longer serve them. What sets my work apart is the balance of depth and practicality—we don’t just talk about what’s hard; we apply concrete strategies that support real-world change. I provide insurance-based therapy, which is ongoing and paced according to clinical need, as well as short-term, structured therapy options offered on a self-pay basis. These self-pay options are intentionally designed for adults who want focused, goal-driven work around a specific concern (such as ADHD/executive functioning, burnout, or life transitions), with the option to continue longer-term if additional support is needed. Together, we’ll determine which approach best fits your needs and goals. My clinical experience spans over 30 years and includes work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as roles in program development, supervision, and clinical leadership. I’ve developed and led intensive outpatient, relapse prevention, domestic violence, DUI, parenting, and relationship skills programs. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and a Master’s degree in Education from Colorado State University, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addictions Specialist. I currently provide telehealth services for adults in Colorado, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming and offer a free 20-minute consultation to help determine whether my approach is a good fit.
