I believe therapy should be a place where you can be yourself, talk openly, and feel heard without judgment. Life can get complicated, and sometimes we find ourselves overwhelmed, overthinking everything, struggling in our relationships, or feeling stuck in patterns we don’t quite know how to change. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, trauma, and everyday stress. I especially enjoy helping people better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, including how past experiences can influence the way we respond to situations today. My approach is conversational, supportive, and practical. I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, and emotionally focused techniques, but I also recognize that therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll work together to figure out what’s going on, what you’d like to change, and how to make meaningful progress. Not everything needs to be figured out before starting therapy. Sometimes having a place to sort through things is a good first step.
