Introduction

I’m a Salvadoran-Korean licensed therapist and the first-born daughter of immigrants. I own a psychotherapy practice specializing in working with BIPOC professionals and students who feel stuck, whether in their careers, relationships, or unhelpful patterns. My work is grounded in trauma research, integrating Existential Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Enhanced Illness Management and Recovery (E-IMR), an evidence-based approach for addiction treatment. Recognizing that traditional therapy alone can be time-consuming, I offer Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy (PAP) to facilitate psychological transformation. By promoting rapid synaptic growth, PAP can achieve in a few sessions what might otherwise take years, helping clients overcome longstanding challenges and achieve meaningful progress. At this time, I am only accepting clients who are interested in receiving PAP.
