As an authorized meditation teacher and trained facilitator for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), she offers opportunities for mindfulness training, somatic and breath work, and KAP sessions both in-person and by telehealth video. Laura's professional journey has taken her through community mental health centers, school systems, inpatient programs, and private practice. She holds an M.S. Degree in Psychology from Loyola University in Baltimore, MD. Outside of her therapy work, Laura finds renewal in nature, beekeeping and snorkeling, enjoying live music, and spending time with family—including furry companions.
