With over 22 years of experience in. the mental health field, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges and build meaningful, lasting change. My clinical experience spans a wide range of settings including inpatient psychiatric care, partial hospitalization programs, residential treatment facilities, and outpatient services. Throughout my career, I advanced into leadership roles and ultimately served as Vice President of Programs before pursuing my passion for direct clinical work through private practice. I work with individuals across the lifespan, with a particular focus on children, adolescents and their families. I am certified in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and I specialize in helping clients develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, improve emotional regulation, and navigate life's transitions. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and strengths based, recognizing that each individual possesses unique abilities and resilience. I draw from evidenced-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy and Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to tailor treatment to each client's specific needs and goals. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgemental environment where clients feel comfortable, heard and validated. My goals is to help individuals openly process their thoughts and feelings, gain insight, build confidence and develop practical tools that support lasting growth and well-being.
