I opened Perspectives because I'm deeply committed to helping individuals, families, and groups discover new strengths and gain the tools they need for lasting balance and harmony. I specialize in trauma, sexual abuse, PTSD, anxiety, and depression, and I have a particular passion for supporting families navigating loss and grief, especially those affected by suicide. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and family therapy techniques tailored to your unique needs. I work with young adults, adults, and older adults in individual, couples, family, and group settings. All sessions are conducted via telehealth, and I accept Aetna, BCBS, Cigna Healthcare, and UnitedHealthcare. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to help you or your loved ones build the skills and perspective needed to move forward.
