You may look fine on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or exhausted underneath. I work especially well with adults who are new to therapy, have had a bad experience with therapy, or want something more direct and human. My style is relaxed, compassionate, and honest. I get to know each person as an individual, help make sense of what is happening, and adapt therapy to what actually fits their life, goals, and personality. I’m a relational therapist and believe some of the best work happens through real, organic conversation. I use an eclectic, evidence-informed approach that may include CBT, DBT, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, and other tools. We can focus on patterns, difficult experiences, practical skills, and meaningful change that carries into everyday life. Healing starts with feeling heard, not judged or managed. You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what is wrong or what kind of therapy you need. We can start where you are, build a strong foundation, and figure out together what will actually help. If you want therapy that is warm, straightforward, and grounded in real life, I may be a good fit.
