Introduction

Welcome. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or disconnected from the life you want to be living, you are not alone—and you don’t have to face it on your own. Life’s challenges can take many forms, including ongoing worry, grief, relationship struggles, or difficult transitions. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain clarity, and begin moving toward healing, balance, and renewed well-being. I believe therapy is a powerful form of self-care. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. While focusing on Person Centered Therapy, I also draw from other evidence-based therapies, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also offer hypnotherapy to help access deeper healing, shift stuck patterns, and support emotional well-being. Hypnotherapy is a gentle and effective way to tap into the subconscious mind—the place where patterns, emotions, and habits are stored. In this focused state of awareness, clients often find it easier to let go of old patterns, reduce stress, and create positive change. Many people are surprised at how natural hypnosis feels. You remain in control, but with greater access to your inner resources for healing and growth. Hypnotherapy can help reduce anxiety, stress, and overwhelm, support healing from trauma and difficult experiences, and will assist with breaking unwanted habits or patterns. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and build tools to help you reconnect with your inner strength. Our work will center on you—your values, your story, and your goals. I value honest feedback, and I take time at the end of sessions to check in about what’s working for you. Healing begins when you feel seen, heard, and supported. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you find your way forward.
