Introduction

I offer a holistic, integrative counseling approach that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I believe that each individual is the expert on their own life, and my role is to support the innate wisdom you already carry about what needs to change, heal, or grow. Together, we create a collaborative space where your insights guide the process and your strengths shape the path forward. In addition to traditional psychotherapy and EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing), I provide LENS neurofeedback as a powerful tool for nervous system regulation and improved functioning. LENS can be used on its own to support clarity, resilience, and balance, or combined with counseling to deepen therapeutic work. When integrated with talk therapy, it often enhances the ability to access self‑energy, process experiences more effectively, and move toward meaningful healing and transformation. My role is to help you reconnect with your inner resources, cultivate greater ease in your nervous system, and support your evolution into a more grounded, authentic version of yourself.
