I bring a unique perspective to counseling as both a Army combat veteran and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. My professional training at Boston University, along with years of counseling experience in schools, veteran organizations, and community programs, has taught me the importance of meeting people where they are and walking with them toward where they want to be. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, bereavement, and other challenges. I have a particular passion for supporting veterans, military families, and college students. My approach is goal-oriented: together, we will identify meaningful goals, create a plan, and work side-by-side to achieve them. Clients who work with me can expect a compassionate therapist who listens without judgment, encourages progress, and holds them accountable to their goals. My clients describe me as professional, encouraging, and dependable. I believe that therapy is not only about healing, but also about growth, accountability, and creating a stronger future for yourself. My office in Hadley, MA provides a private, welcoming environment, and I also offer virtual sessions for convenience.
