Introduction

I’m a clinical psychologist who helps people struggling with unwanted emotional, behavioral, or relational patterns. During initial sessions, we will explore the landscape of your life so that you can understand how past events and context have shaped how you function. From there, we clarify which patterns no longer serve you and develop curated, individualized practices for change. I believe therapy is about helping you connect with the messages of your emotions and body-they tell us what you need and want, and what brings your life a sense of meaning, joy, or clarity. Many of the ways we’ve learned to cope or relate to others made sense at one point, but they don’t always support the life we want now. In our work together, you will learn how to understand your emotional and physical experiences as meaningful signals, not problems to get rid of. When we learn to approach ourselves with curiosity instead of judgment, we are guided toward what matters most and what needs to change. I have over 17 years of experience and my approach is thoughtful and tailored to you. I draw from somatic, emotion-focused, relational, and cognitive-behavioral work, but more importantly, I pay attention to what actually resonates and feels useful in your life. My style is warm, transparent, and collaborative. My patients have described me as profoundly present with them. I care deeply about creating a space where you feel seen, not reduced to a diagnosis, and where the broader context of your life, including systemic and cultural experiences, is an inherent part of how we understand you. Seeking therapy is a courageous choice to know yourself and take ownership of your life-it is work that deserves care, intention, and honesty. If you are interested in working with me, I offer complimentary consultations so that we can meet and feel out potential fit.
