Hi! My name is Laura, and I am the founder/CEO of Blue Hills Counseling & Consultation, LLC. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor and certified integrative mental health practitioner. I provide clinical mental health counseling for individuals struggling with depressive, anxious, and traumatic stress symptoms. I utilize science and research to help individuals target cognitive and emotional distress. At Blue Hills, I adopt a holistic and eclectic approach to therapy, emphasizing whole-body wellness by integrating nutrition, lifestyle considerations, and psychoeducation into treatment plans.
