I help individuals and couples navigate loss, trauma, relationship problems, and most mental health concerns. Whether you’re working through conflict, facing a major life transition, or find yourself feeling alone and disconnected, I provide a supportive space to heal, build resilience, deepen connection, and move forward with clarity. Many of my clients come to therapy during seasons of transition and uncertainty—college or career adjustment, mid-life concerns, divorce, infertility, postpartum adjustment, or living with chronic illness. Through these experiences you may be left feeling unfulfilled, uncertain, alone, overwhelmed, or stuck in painful cycles. My approach is collaborative, relational, and evidence-informed. I primarily draw from psychodynamic, attachment-oriented, and family systems theories to think with my clients about how their current emotional distress, relationship struggles, and ways of coping may be rooted in some of their earliest relationship experiences. A strong therapeutic connection is the foundation for meaningful progress. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs, answer questions, and see if we’re a good fit to work together. You don’t have to face this season alone. Healing and growth are possible—and I would be honored to walk alongside you in the process. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send an appointment request.
