Introduction

Most of us spend years trying to manage or control what’s happening in and around us. When that doesn't work we look outside ourselves for answers, hoping someone or something “out there” will finally bring relief. But the truth is gentler and more empowering...everything you need is already within you, waiting to be met with compassion instead of fear. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or disconnected from yourself, others and the world, you’re not alone. The parts of you that worry, react, or shut down are simply trying to help you navigate life and stay safe. And beneath those parts is a calm, steady presence — your deeper Self — that knows how to guide your healing. My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model that helps you meet the parts of yourself that carry pain, fear, shame, or outdated protective roles — and reconnect them with your true Self, the calm, compassionate, wise center within you. IFS is the heart of my work because it honors your inner world with deep reverence and respect. When you learn to meet yourself this way, something profound happens: your system softens, your burdens lighten, and peace becomes possible. This is a sanctuary for that transformation. You are welcome here. I also integrate: • EFT/Tapping — a cognitive somatic energy modality shown in research to support trauma healing, reduce anxiety and depression, and shift stuck emotional patterns. • The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) — an evidence based listening therapy designed to retune the autonomic nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional regulation, connection, and resilience. • Intuitive and spiritual guidance — supporting clients who feel called to explore their Soul’s perspective, reconnect with inner wisdom, and integrate their human and spiritual selves.
