Laura Roach, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in both school-based and outpatient settings since 2016. She holds degrees in Special Education and Professional Counseling and is currently completing a Ph.D. in Education. Laura works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive concerns, life transitions, and grief. She utilizes evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered Therapy, with specialized training in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN). She has a strong background supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, informed by her previous work as an advisor and instructor at Shepherds College. Laura’s style is warm, collaborative, and practical, helping clients better understand themselves while building tools for meaningful change.
