Introduction

I currently have telehealth appointments open for clients residing in the State of Illinois and Florida only. If you are a woman feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, intrusive thoughts, postpartum depression, infertility challenges, or panic, you are not alone. Many women silently carry fears, guilt, and the pressure to “hold it all together.” I specialize in helping women understand their anxiety and regain a sense of control and confidence. My work focuses on supporting women navigating anxiety, OCD and intrusive thoughts, perinatal mood concerns, and infertility-related stress. Using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), we work together to better understand what is driving your symptoms and develop practical tools that help you move forward with greater calm and clarity. I provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you can speak openly and feel understood. Together we will identify patterns that may be keeping anxiety or intrusive thoughts stuck, and develop strategies that help you respond differently to those experiences. Treatment often focuses on building practical skills, strengthening self-awareness, and helping you regain confidence in your ability to manage difficult thoughts and emotions. Many clients begin to notice meaningful changes as they learn new ways to approach anxiety, reduce the power of intrusive thoughts, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that feel steady and capable. I have over 18 years of experience working with individuals across a variety of settings including community mental health centers, schools, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and private practice. I have advanced training through Postpartum Support International (PSI) and am currently completing the Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C). My work focuses on supporting women experiencing anxiety, postpartum mood concerns, infertility challenges, and OCD-related intrusive thoughts.
