My name is Laura Rodriguez, and I am pursuing my Master of Social Work at New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Quinnipiac University and have experience in behavioral therapy, school social work, youth development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and families feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe everyone deserves compassion, respect, and a safe space to grow without judgment. My interests include emotional regulation, social development, behavioral challenges, family stress, and life transitions. I value trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and relationship-centered approaches that recognize each person's strengths and experiences. As a bilingual provider fluent in English and Spanish, I strive to make support accessible and welcoming to diverse individuals and families. I am passionate about advocating for underserved communities and creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels valued. At Aspire To Wellness Behavioral Health, I look forward to learning alongside the clients and families I support. I believe in Aspire's mission of walking alongside clients to assist with growth. My goal is to provide a compassionate environment where clients can build coping skills, recognize their strengths, and work toward meaningful change. I hope to help each person feel empowered, supported, and encouraged throughout their journey.
