Introduction

Hello, I'm Laura! Therapist, coach, and healer whose specialties include: Trauma, ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, Diagnostics, Human Sexuality, Relationships, Social Navigation and Medicinal Cannabis. My approach is collaborative, direct and deeply attuned to your lived experience. Curious and insightful practitioner dedicated to helping people develop the wisdom to heal, the humility to grow and the courage to connect in a safe, inclusive space. Strengths help clients foster insight, understand oneself (and others), communicate effectively, cultivate relationships, navigate emotions, explore thought patterns and gain clarity through an eclectic approach rooted in humanistic psychology. Our First Session: Is about getting to know you - what brings you in, what you've been carrying, how you work and what you hope to be different. We explore your history (at a pace and to the extent it feels safe and relevant to you), identify immediate concerns, consider goals, begin to understand your personality patterns and align in the work we intend to do together. A little about me? Battle Born - though I am currently in Utah, I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. A healer with a deep connection to nature and a member of the Haida Nation. As a creative wanderer I enjoy a wide range of activities: cooking, gaming, healing, gardening, creating, painting, taking in a show, live music, camping, reading, being in nature and spending time with my loved ones.
