I see relationship challenges as invitations to grow. When couples come to me struggling with conflict, I often frame it not as a sign of failure, but as evidence that both partners are evolving—and the relationship needs to evolve with them. As a marriage and family therapist, I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, major life transitions, and shifts in faith, but my heart is in helping couples rediscover connection and move toward deeper, more satisfying ways of relating. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy alongside family systems and relational approaches to help you understand what's happening beneath the surface conflict and build the skills to relate differently. Whether you're working through individual challenges or strengthening your marriage, I'm here to support that growth. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
