Accepting new clients (young adults through senior adulthood) for in-office and video telehealth. I just opened more hours and can get you in for a first appointment within a week. My scope of practice includes trauma recovery, reducing anxiety and depression, navigating life transitions, managing caregiver stress and parenting challenges, supporting individuals living with chronic illness or pain, and helping couples heal relational issues. I work with adults (18+) and couples. What is trauma? Trauma can stem from a single event, such as an assault or car accident, or from ongoing experiences like bullying, emotional neglect, attachment injuries, sexual abuse, domestic violence, or chronic health issues. Many people wonder if their trauma is “bad enough” to bring to therapy. The truth is this: if past painful experiences—big or small—continue to affect your life, they are absolutely worthy of care and healing. It would be my honor to walk alongside you as you find your way toward healing. The good and hopeful news is that every person holds within them the capacity for self-leadership and growth—therapy simply helps guide and support that process. Choosing to begin therapy is a meaningful and courageous act of self-care. I hope you feel proud of yourself for taking this step. Finding the right therapist can take time, and fit truly matters. If you think we might be a good match, please reach out—I’d be glad to connect and see how I can support you. I schedule appointments starting at 7:00 am with my last appointment starting at 3:00 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I also offer limited appointments on Friday afternoons. ==================================== And.... did you know... if you have a flexible savings account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or out-of-network (OON) health insurance benefits, you may have access to resources that reduce out of pocket therapy costs?
