Introduction

Sex and relationship therapy rooted in trauma and neurodivergent expertise. For individuals and relationships, in person and via telehealth in Oregon and Colorado. For fifteen years, I've walked alongside people brave enough to turn toward what hurts. My work weaves together trauma treatment, relationship counseling, and sex therapy, so we can address not just the symptom but the beliefs and protective patterns underneath it. Through parts work, every aspect of you is welcome, even the parts long shadowed by shame or silence. In matters of intimacy, I offer a space of acceptance and compassion, where desire, joy, and vulnerability can be explored with curiosity and reverence. My areas of focus: - Sexuality and intimacy after trauma - Couples navigating desire differences, disconnection, or arguments - Attachment wounds and recurring relationship patterns - Late diagnosed neurodivergence and mixed-neurotype relationships, including sensory differences in intimacy - Psychedelic preparation and integration, especially when intimacy, relationships, or trauma come up - LGBTQIA+, kink, and polyamory I also support sexual changes in perimenopause, menopause, and midlife, and painful sex, in collaboration with your pelvic floor physical therapist or medical provider. This work is about remembering what has always been whole, and letting your erotic self return to the center of your aliveness.
