I help high-functioning adults and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck in recurring conflict, or disconnected from themselves and each other. Many of my clients are successful, capable people who appear to be managing well on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, stress, or relationship challenges. I specialize in couples therapy, especially during early marriage and the stress of parenthood, when communication, intimacy, and teamwork often feel harder than expected. I help clients navigate anxiety, self-esteem struggles, trauma histories, and relationship stress. In couples therapy, I focus on breaking repetitive conflict cycles, improving communication, and rebuilding emotional connection. In individual therapy, we work on reducing overwhelm, increasing self-trust, and developing skills to respond to stress. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Sessions focus on understanding patterns and learning concrete ways to respond differently to stress, conflict, and disconnection. I integrate ACT, Gottman Method principles, and emotional regulation skills in couples therapy and individual work to help clients create meaningful, lasting change.
