**Welcome. I'm really glad you're here.** I know how hard it can be to reach out, especially when you're used to being the one who handles things. Maybe you're struggling with anxiety that won't let up, a relationship that feels distant, or that frustrating feeling of knowing you're capable of more but can't quite get there. You don't have to keep pushing through alone. You also don't have to have it all figured out before you show up. That's not really how this works anyway. I've walked some genuinely varied paths, from the creative world to the U.S. Air Force, and both taught me the same lesson: strength isn't doing it all yourself; it's knowing when to ask for support. I've spent years living backstage and onstage, literally. With an undergraduate degree in Theatre (directing was my focus), I've directed, performed, toured, danced, and choreographed with everyone from wide-eyed kids to seasoned adults, and worked alongside animation and fine artists under the same brutal time crunches live productions require. I've felt the flop sweat before a show. I've watched a dancer freeze in the wings, utterly convinced they'd forgotten everything they knew thirty seconds before curtain. I've been that dancer. So whether you're an athlete battling performance anxiety, a creative facing a block, a couple trying to find your way back to each other, a teen overwhelmed by pressure, or someone who just feels lost right now, I see you, and I'm genuinely glad you're here. I offer **telehealth psychotherapy** for individuals, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship struggles. I'm certified in Brainspotting and Play Therapy, approaches that reach places talk therapy alone sometimes can't touch. I also offer **performance coaching** for athletes and creative professionals hitting performance or creative blocks. If something keeps getting in your way, we'll dig in and figure out what it actually is, then build something sturdier in its place. My approach is honest, human, and refreshingly free of jargon. I bring real talk, tools that actually fit you, humor when it helps (and it usually helps), and genuine care. This is a judgment-free space where you get to be exactly who you are, mess and all. You don't need everything figured out. Just bring yourself. That's enough to start. Let's begin.
